Villa Yiarios is a family-friendly villa in Corfu, that can host 6+2 guests. It is located in Akrokefalos Gouvia (9 km northwest of Corfu town) and is in an exclusive gated community with lush greenery surroundings around it.

It is a three-bedroom luxurious, cosy stone villa in two levels, that offers a child safe – private large swimming pool with a waterslide, a kids’ playground and a mini gym-room. Furthermore, it offers front and back gardens with barbecue facilities, as well as a terrace and a parking space.

In addition, our hosting team focuses on providing personalized additional services (car rentals etc.) of the greatest quality you may need during your stay on Corfu island.       TAX POLICY

      Introduction of a digital environment tax in Greece following Law 5073/2023 (Government Gazette Α’ 204/11-12-2023). Starting 1 January 2024, a new tax applies to your booking. It will vary between March to October and November to February. The tax depends on the property’s type, star rating and size. Based on the above, the following taxes will apply:
      • March to October – € 10 per day.
      • November to February – € 4 per day.
      Having stated this, please be informed that you will be required to pay the tax in cash up on arrival to our representative.

      PAYMENT POLICY

      • We always confirm a reservation by email.
      • 20% deposit is required direct after reservation. It can be paid by credit card, paypal, bank transfer or in a way that will have been agreed with the guest.
      • Reservation is considered confirmed after receiving the deposit.
      • If the receipt of the transaction of the deposit is not received within 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
      • The remaining balance must be paid up on arrival in cash, by credit card, paypal or bank transfer.
      • Bank account details will be provided by email.

      CANCELLATION POLICY

      • In case of cancellation, we must be informed immediately in writing or by call.
      • 100% refund of the deposit, if the cancelation is made more than 60 days before check-in.
      • 50% refund of the deposit, if the cancelation is made 30 to 60 days before check-in.
      • No refund of the deposit, if the cancellation is made less than 30 days before check-in.

      TERMS & CONDITIONS

      • The Villa includes a weekly delivery of bed linen and towels, a mid-week cleaning and maintenance of swimming pool and gardens. Mid-week cleaning includes cleaning bathrooms and floors. It does not include cleaning the kitchen. Our hosting team, in communication with guests should be allowed access to the Villa at any reasonable time for the purpose of cleaning, linen changes, inspection, maintenance or in case of emergencies (e.g. facility damages).
      • Our hosting team reserve the right to check the property at the end of the rental period. Guests are responsible for any damage (willful or unintentional) caused to the property and/or to its contents, as well as for any loss of movable objects. In case that any damage caused, guests are pleased to report it to our hosting team and they will inform them about the costs involved, if any.
      • The swimming pool is accessible and operational during the period of May 1st to October 31st. Use of the swimming pool is at the guests’ own risk. Guests are specifically advised not to allow unsupervised children near the pool. No glass of any kind is allowed in the pool area.
      • Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the villa. However, guests may smoke outside, where ashtrays are provided.
      • Guests must request approval in advance for any pets to be included in their staying and will only be accepted in agreement with our hosting team.
      • Noise levels must be kept at a reasonable minimum. The guests should respect quiet hours (23:00 to 07:30 and 15:00 to 17:30).
      • For any special requests or extra services, guests may address our hosting team and they will do their best in order to meet their needs.
